Returns

Have confidence in ordering at SkatesPro.com.  If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, then let us know.  We accept returns on most of our products.  Please note in the ones we cannot accept are custom packages and will say (This is a unique custom package, no returns allowed).   In the event that you need to return a product, please Contact Us for return instructions.  Understand that there will be a 20% restocking fee on the total for returning the item, so make sure that you make your purchases wisely.  Check our Skate Information page to help in your selection.  Returns on these items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus the 20% and shipping charges to send it back.

Warranties

All items are warrantied directly by the manufacturers.  No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Jade Arena International, LLC.  SkatesPro.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, mistreatment, or abuse of items.  Items which are reported within 30 days of payment might be replaced, or if requested, a refund can be issued.  Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of SkatesPro.com at no charge.  We cannot guarantee a refund on every order, so please contact us for instructions.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!!!

You heard us right, we offer free shipping on all orders within the US!  We normally ship all items in stock within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received.  Most shipping orders are shipped through UPS Ground.  Shipments to PO Boxes will be shipped by first class mail.  Actual shipping time may vary according to your UPS Zone.  Most cases, this will be 4-10 business days.  In the rare case that the product is "out of stock", we will inform you, the product will be backordered and shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control might increase the time of delivery.  Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items might take longer.

Taxes

SkatesPro.com does not charge sales tax on orders placed outside the state of Utah.  If you place an order within the state of Utah, then you will be charged an additional 6.6% for sales tax.

Backorders

In the rare circumstance that an item is on backorder or out of stock, we will be sure to notify you within 48 hours of the order, and will find the best resolution for the order. 

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellations for an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Please e-mail support@skatespro.com to cancel an order.
